Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

i was playing my game and when I tried saving it my game said it had a problem saving then i turn it off. When I turn it back on my game was deleted, does anyone know how to get my game back cause this happened twice already.

You can't save it after you get past a certain spot when you're coming up to the end boss.
