If your talking about the part after where you destroy those gate things. You
Go to netopia area and talk to an offical navi there and he'll give you the key.

Well what he meens is when you have to destroy the things that are blocking the area like netfrica and adcd2 or what ever thet 2nd net is it's like that then you go talk to the navi in netopia.
