Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

What is the best battlechip and how do you get it? Also, how do you get protosoul? I havent beat the game, so will I get it in hard mode?

There really isn't a best battle chip some are just better than others it depends on your style. You might get protosoul in hard mode but it is random. His story is kinda hard though so be ready. I got him in easy mode lucky I guess.
