Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Hello shadowdemon here I am on continue 4 and need 20 more standard chips
to complete my library in standard chips and fight Bass so I just need a few answers. Where can you get these chips... Number 61, 62, 75, 94, 102, 122
, 127, 139, 140, 141, 142, 144. That's about all I need for now thanks and good bye.
