Where do I get the board part for the c slider I have to save protoman and I can not leave the hotel room

Well, I can't remember off the top of my head which one that is, so I'll tell you where all three are.

1) ACDC 2
Hiding under the criss-crossing paths on the under level

2) ACDC 3
Moving out and then back under a crossway. Get to him by going through park area.

3) Yumland Area
Hiding under the main pathway on one of the smaller paths. Just look for places where the main road goes over other roads and check them to find him.
