Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Can someone help me I'm stuck trying to find the navie that cut off all the nets that you have to go though the evil net to find him in the park area

Just go to town 2 the lower area then use the key you got from the official open the door and follow the route to the parkm area you will have to battle a healnavi and there you go
