Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

I'm stuck at the part that you find the really hyper navi that tells you where mettuar village is or something like that, please help !

You must first find the navi in acdc 2 who tells you that he's a li er and find the navi in town 3 blow the warp holes you need to enter the moast under en you will be warped down then go up en go left until you find a green navi.

You must then go to elec town and go through the fence and walk on the stairs go to the most lighted jomons and jack in you wil then find Mettuar villige.
