Door in netopia area on the net

I need to know how you open the door in the netopia area on the net that says,
"Opens for the brave, wise, mighty and kind." if any one knows Plz Plz Plz Plz tell me ASAP!!!!!!!! THX in advance Sandgirl12.

Well all U have 2 do is: STOP USING THE DARK CHIPS AND START USING THE REGULAR CHIPS MEGAMAN SHOULD RETURN TO NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um no. I have max carma and it's not opening for me eather and if your wondering I have not used a single dark chip aside from the one required to kill shade man in castolo. So what's up with this thing?
