OK, for one thing, I believe that Zoid.coms anwser isnt nice... Well anyway you go to the area where there istwo moving panels, you know the red things, well you go right instead of left and follow the path, then there is a fork in the road, you take the right one... BE CAREFUL though because you might run into beast man along the way just to warn you...

Go to the scilab area 1 above then go find a hole then go to inside to a undernet 5 then go up the stair to the other then follow the red line not the arrow go there then you see a fork take the east then follow the red line and then fight him

Go to the undernet HP from Undernet 3, use the second entrance in the undernet HP to get to undernet five, and from there you can use megaboy's maps to find a very easy way to drillman from here. A website with his maps is called doctor Cossak's lab. Just search the website with MMBN3 at the end in google, and you can find it.
