Go to the Secret Area and try getting all the stars.

Go to the Yoka Springs Boulder, where S gave you something.

Click A if you have 100 or more standard chips. You'll be transported to the Secret Area.

Nothing really, if you did every thing I guess you can try to make Megaman more powerfull to netbattle.
