Easy after beating plantman keep going to the hospital basement and eventually there will be a guy dressed as a ghost navi talk to him and you will get poltrgst
But I don't see any guy ,but that the time after I beat plantman days ago.....did he gone?

Sorry guys I already found out (I am the questioner) and Guest it's not after plantman it is after beating alpha there is a little easter egg about that guy after a amount of time he will come out then go back to hiding
