There are 20 Giga chips. You can buy Navi Recycle from the Bugfrag merchant in Undernet 2. You can get most of the others from beating navis in their Omega form. There' s an Alpha Omega Chip, and many others from navis you should've defeated before. Some are in Secret Area, some are in Undernet, and some are in people's PC.
