How do you get to undernet 3? I need to get there to fight the navi so I can advance to rank 8.

Same Place where you had to fight Flamman and Bass (4 Fire Pilars) be carefull you going to be fighting Beastman
Easy step 1 go to undernet 1 go to the ramp about in the middle with a six square rectangle at the top then go along to the long cyber conveyer belt to get to area 2 step 2 go to the net postal guy head down the road at the bottom left corner of the 9 square area he is on
Take second ramp pass first warp point go to second around down ramp and follow the bath the rest of the way
The same way you used to go when fight Flamman.And you will see a guy in a cape it's Beastman V2.And after him is a real rank 8 guy attack you to get his rank back so do what FireMan said,carefull
