I have all standerd chips 81 megachips 3gigachips and 11program advances. Please tell me what chips I have to use. Also can you tell me all P.A. besides Z-canon1-3 bubblespread Z-punch heatspread life sword element sword hyperrat 500barrier and gutsshoot. who ever tells me I will mail you my second battle network 3 with all v4 chips.

He's extremely tough. Get a lot of PAs like Lifesword and break his shield.
Then, hit him with Herosword or lose a lot of HP and use Muramasa.
If this doesn't help, ask again.
To break his shield go to Higsby's and click order you'll see something called Northwind [press R].
Body guard is a good PA to use. Anti damage anti navi and maramusa is what makes it.
