Sooo, I am asking how to get through the door in purple/green colors that shines(Undernet 7), and the two curtain(also Undernet 7), the same thing, how to go through...

You have to beat Bass GS. You unlock him by collecting all 200 standard chips, defeating Serenade, putting 300 bugfrags in the bugfrag trader in Secret 3, and then returning to the BF trader. (He is HARD to beat.)
