Well the way I beat bass was by using NCP(NaviCustamizerProgram) Anti Damage, since each shuriken does 100 damage you can break his aura and defeat him.
Ps:You have to time it right to throw a shuriken(right before your hit).
Pss:in case you don't have the program use this code after the screen says OK on the NCP screen after running it (if you have the ModTools)and make sure there are no errors before you press select and finaly enter the code

Well just do the p.a. Body gaurd(its anti damage, anti navi and marumasa (m)).because it takes 1600hp.lol
