How can I get to The Ranked Navi #9 I know he's at the hospital on the second comp but I can't seem to find another route except for the basement thus I can't get to him !! Someone please help !!!

There's another warp zone in beach 1 (i think).... But you need to obtain the hospital code to get access to that. . .(mamoru has the code). . . Go to that warp zone and that will lead you to hospital 2...
You have to go to a warp zone at beach 1 and use the Hospcode that Mamuro gave you.
