I've had this game for a while and I am rank 9. I can't find the 8 ranked navie. The cule is Rednu3 can someone help me?

Ok.....lets see..."rednu3" lets just reverse the letters..."under3" now if I'm not mistaken....hes in the undernet 3...you don't have to listen to a rank 2 though...i think hes where flameman was...i don't really remember
