You can get the program by getting one of the styles ( believe it is called ground style ). You can get the style by using alot of chips to change the feild and you would eventually get the program.

Ground style is only for white version,this page is for the blue version.

To get setlava you must trade with a person that has the megaman network battle 3 white and has a setlava navicust program

First of all I never even got the groud style but i'v heard there is a ground style in blue visin.(like I said I never got it so I do not know if they are lying
