Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

Where is plantman's ghost the third time? Also, how do you get viruses for the virus breeder?

I'm not sure where plantman is but I know how to get viruses you have to find a battle with three of the same virus in it but in different forms then you beat them and they go to the virus breeder and you have tamed them.

Plantman is at hospital comp 3 and after you tame the viruses talk to the guy beside it and press the A button talk some more and he will give you a chip
