Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

I have some questions.
1.What is the easiest way to beat Bass?
2.What is the easiest way to beat Alpha?
3.This is the main question how do you open the seurcity cubes in the Undernet????
4.Where is nebula id to open the skull doors?

1.I say use Geddon 3 and then use Sancturary so Bass' health drains and his attacks only do half damage.
2.I used bug style, grass stage, and under shot and used the twister megabuster to expose his core. Rinse. Lather. Repeat.
3.you have to match the clue to an enemy navi and then beat that navi's alpha and beta forms.
4.In this game it's the WWW ID and you get it by completing the "help with rehab" job at the Scilab.

Destroy bass's life aura than when he use's that attack when those things come really fast at you thats when he gets his aura back and thats when you use a megachip than he won't be able to get his aura and also when his health is 490 or under he will come at you with out an aura thats your chance to attack him!
