Ok rank 9 is in beach where you need the hospcode you get that code from Mamaru (The boy with HBD) Jack in to tamako's computer go to beach 1 take the arrow that goes to the bottom then the arrow that goes right go on the left side youll see a security cube use the the security pass if you have an unlocker unlock the mystery data its spinpink it comes in handy follow the path and youll see the ghost navi just take to him and your rank 9.
