Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

I know that you can buy a rock cube battle chip with the asterisk( * ) code in Scilab Square, but I already bought that one. I need another rock cube chip with the same asterisk ( * ) code to make the Momquake Program Advance. Other than in Scilab Square and chip traders, Where could I find a rock cube * chip at?

No where else just chip traders.But maybe Higsby has one.
