No you can't. You can only get the hub pogram. That style isnt in this game. Hope I helped.

Hub program is behind a hidden water floor in secret 3 at the dead end in front of the errrr bugfrag chip trader..and then a 20 survival round ahhh!! Then you get hubbatch
