Ok, I got through the "Will You Deliver" job.
Now I need help on the #9 Ranked Navi. I beleive he's in Hospital Comp 2 but I don't know how to get there. Can someone please help me get in to beat him.

You must get to him through the Beach area on the net open the security cube in area 2 and you'll be at where navi ranked #9 is but he wont want to fight you.Im just telling you that because it's part of ther game after that you must get ready to fight Beastman in the undernet for rank 8.
