All you have to do is delete any kind of virus at the moment it attacks.

To me the best way to get alot of bugfrags would be to get sheild style and get the program "reflect" and battle with that.

P.S. A good place to battle would be the tank in acdc town.

Another P.S. I know this because this is how I got all my of bugfrags.
