The clue refers to the giant pillar in the middle of Undernet 4. You will have to press A on the top of the pillar.

To reach that place you will need to have beaten Beastman V3 who is found in random battles inside of Lan's Doghouse.

Be prepared when you examine the pillars! You will have to fight an N.O. Omega and 2 of those viruses that you must delete at the same time or they recover all of thier health.
