Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

When I go past the guy that says only the strong can pass, I'm in undernet 5. Then I keep going and its undernet 6. how do I get to undernet 4?

First you go forward until you see a red latter on the right of megaman.

Then climb that ladder and you will see a teleport do NOT go in in instead go a little further and you will see another teleport top left of the first one.

Go in to the teleport and then go down the red latter and go into the arrow then go down and right there you go.
