Can someone tell me how to unlock the hammer and where and what to do?

The hammer is in undernet7 past Flammans security cube. To get it you might have to give away 50 bugfrags.
After that go to secret area and pummel the monoliths..but watch out.. Greens have 10 survival rounds and whites have a 20 survival round..
