Ok, first of all, it is rank #8, and rednu3, read it backwards and it's under 3(under net 3).

Go by where you fought flamman and that is where #8 will be.

I suggest you save before you fight him, though because he is very tough.

If you can help me with my question that i posted, its not very far in the game infront of you, I'm lookin for under 4.

rednu3 means under3 as in undernet3.
PS Where you beat flamman the first time.
