Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

How do you use the "Slasher B" Chip? When I use the Chip it just poofs and does nothing :[

The Slasher chip only works if the opponent is in your area. It does a considerable amount of damage, but there are very few opponents who enter your side of the field.

The Navis that you can use Slasher against are:
Beastman
Protoman
Bass

The Viruses that you can use Slasher against are:
Fishy
Elecball
Needler
Dominerd

Remember: Only in YOUR area.
