Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

Hi, I'm stuck in sharo place where you have to do the anntenas and fix them.

Then you have to light the torches with the chips.

Well, I have all the chips but the torches still won't light.

Can someone please help me!

I think you need the Navicust Program that allows you to do that.

I think you are talking about Megaman Battle Network 4, but I will answer your question. You have to find FireBreath K its a battle chip that looks like a weather but is a fire type.
