Now I'd like to know....how do I beat Bass !

Lose a lot of HP and then use Maramusa.

Thats bull to lose a lot of hp just to use that sword. that sword is last resort. what you do is you get something that does 100 dmg or higher and then wait for your custom bar to fill up then use the chip to get his aura down. then get a really good chip and just hit him with everything you've got.

P.S. if you keep hitting him constantly it takes longer for his shield to come back.

Also he does three ground attacks, pauses, then one big attack. If you hit him with a strong hit (above 100 I think) while he pauses, he will react but will not regain his aura.
