MistMan chips

Will someone PLEASE tell me a way to get the mistman chips without having to trade? Is there a cheat code? A glitch? Something?!

ANSWERS

Well there are many ways...
1.buy a gameshark/action replay or other cheating things
2.try to find a code online to enter on a cheat device that you already have(note:can work with step 1 if it doesn't have the game codes already)
3.save up some money/get some from parents(note:this never worked for me)
And buy a gamboy advanced/sp and a megaman network battle 3 white and go through the game and get the chips(note:not recamended uses lots of money that you do/don't have)
4.try and find someone to trade you library of the chips and buy them(note:and battle in real to get the deltaray gigachip[very usefull])
5.or get someone to trade you the chips(note:I just wanted to remind you that it is optianal)

Im not sure about the codebreaker site but the game shark site is gameshark.com(best game shark codes site ever!)
