Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

I need help on finding the "collect" customizer?

I also need help on how to make the circle that bass has and where to get them?

You find it on wwwbase when you first get off and go up and there is a Jaking in place and you will find the program.

You can't get it but you can get a stronger one in the secretnet 3, it is call LifeAura.

It is in the www base.

And you can get Aura F by destroying bubbleman's security cube in under 6.

Bass's aura is only 100.

You can get a 200 barrier by beating Scuttles in the Secret Area.

You can find the collect program by going to www base and jaking into the wall comp.Which is when you get off the boat and go staright up and jack in.

That thing that bass has is called life aura and you get it in secrect net 3 by deafeating scullest install the collect program so you will have more chances of getting the chip.
