Flameman v2 is in undernet 4 v3 is in yoka 1(randomly incounterd)
Are you serious? Wow it took a while for me too but not this long, so you go on the upper floor and take the second warp away from you then go 1st floor and go to the next map and then make a U turn and continue on, wha la you're there
The undernet is kinda easy to find. To find the undernet3 go to beach area 2 and go to that guy who says please show me the tally and you do have the tally. When you show the tally that guy will move and let you in that warp. Install the press into megaman and go threw that small road and then you find the undernet. Hope I helped and this was the best answer.
