First go to beach square and buy the FISH program from the program seller
Then go to hades isle (net system) and run the FISH program in the navicust and run around you find a cold head delete it and you will get the ice ball M chip
the bright and shining navi means that you have to beat flashman in acdc 3 by the square and again randomly in acdc 2. then you should be able to unlock the cube
You need to get the fish program first and then go to the hades isle network then run around until you find an iceball m ps. (the code matters)
