Well first you must go to Mayls house and she will want you to get the wind chip and after all that go to Yoka 1 where you find Bubbleman then you see the bridge is too narrow after that jack out and go to Scilab and talk to the scientist up the elevator then jack in the machine next to him and battle the progam in the machine and you will get press data.
