I can't remeber exactly but I think I found the first piece in the undernet
O.k., I found the last peice of the bluefrag and it is in the undernet 5 or 6.a navis has run away with it and you have to catch him.
1.The keymaker gives it to you.
2. You battle a dark navi to get it.
3. Delete Freezeman at Kotobuki Square.
