I got every version of Pharoman Planetman and Naplamman, how do I make bass appar for the second time?

Yikes... That's got a really hefty requirement. It's just like finding him in the first game. Collect at least 247 of all 250 chips, then go back. BTW, If you get Bass V3, the X code deals with a superstrong PA! However, you need Antinavi X (beat Protectos 3; use Areagrab and Lifesword 3 with at least atk 20), and a secret Gospel chip for that. Battle a friend at least 20 times at S rank and 1 of the ten secret chips will unlock.
