Where do you find the hub. bat.chng.info ?

I have been looking for months !!!!

Go to the Square. Than go to the Board room. Go to the Street Board. Talk to it.
Now go talk to every Navi in the Square, execpt the Net dealers. Go back to the street Board and read the new entries. Now go talk to the guy in ACDC park.
Now go to Okuden Vally, and talk to the lady at the far tent. She'll give you
"Notedata" and tell you to take it to her friend. Make sure you talk to her again after you deliver her "notedata". Her friend will give you "Yumkey". Now go to,
You guessed it, Yum Square. Go to the place where you battled Cutman. You do not need a Unlocker. Save before you take the treasure.
