Can any one tell me how to find the navi who had the blufrag the one I saw in undernet..I think it said I have to chase it but I don't know where it went so can anyone please help?

Go to Netopia square. Talk to the Red Navi. He'll give you a gate-key. Go and use it. It'll take you to "Under-Koto".
You have to go to Netopia square and find the keymaker, he'll give you the key to the bottom left portal in front of Lan's computer.
Go to the "Netopia Square". Talk to the Red-Navi. He'll give you a gate-key.
Go to your house and jack into the compurter then go to the net and in Den area 1 you should see 2 portal go to the first one that you cross over and then it should open and then you will be teleported to Kouto square don't go over the orange move title and go the other way and there you will be teleported to underkoto and then just find your way to the area where you enter into undernet and there you will battle the navi that got the bluefrag
