Anubis is the special chip you get for S-ranking Pharaoh Man in Custom Style. Get Custom Style (use no Navi Chips but regular chips and PA's), then try to nail him with a PA like Gater (Wind, Fan, and any Gateman versions, all coded G) twice when he moves out from a coffin.

If you mean by Fishy 3 "Condor," that's in BN3. Here, it's a special enemy fought only against evil Navis.
