What part exactly? Are you battling him yet? Give specific details of where you are, and I can certainly help you!
What I will say is that if youre battling him, you need to fight him a bit first, then he wont weaken, then you must (as lan) throw the switch in the power plant to cut the power) and then he will weaken. He has a pattern for battle. Learn it. It involves lighning bolts which you can run away from and sort of tesla coil things which join up in your field and these are avoidable, too. Using long range chips against him work.
After him you will battle chaud's navi. Which uses a shield. (using navi chips against him works, as do hero swords and stuff.)
