Question for Mega Man Battle Network

I'm stuck on the part in the missile place and can't get passed it there is three ways to go down and the middle one doesn't work please help me

Are you talking about near the end of the game. You need to go through the big picture on the wall. Maybe you have to jack into it. Try that. Hope it works.
