I'm in teehee valley and I got through it,but theres a sleeping rock guard in the way. Behind him theres two mushroom guys and I don't know how to wake him up.

Go back to Beanbean Castle and go to the throne room. There should be a little scene, after which you'll have to come back to Teehee Valley.
Once Peach asks mario and luigi to take her to little fungitown you have to go this way, peach is the only one who can wake him up. Bring her there and once he is woken up you will have to battle him. It is a preety easy battle just as long as you use the right moves on him. Once you defeat him you and peach can accesss little fungitown- wich I personnally find my favorite area in the game.
