Question for Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

Dudes please help me fast I got through most of the game on my own but now I realy need help!!! I'm in bowser's castle at the piranha plant prose when tickeld from behind all water gets spit out what do I do also my mario is level 38 and luigi is at level 38 to are my guys doing good for my point in the game

All you have to do is have Mario get the water then use the thunder hand that Luigi knows on Mario, then Mario will spit out the water. P.S. Mario & Luigi are at a good level but it's better to get them at level 45 for the next boss if you don't want to get that high of a level then 42 will do it.
