Defeat all bosses. If there are no more bosses, go to Bowser's Castle, defeat all the enemies, get out of BC, save, turn off, turn on, go back to BC, and repeat.

Get the Bonus Ring and the Power Force from the Bean Bean cafe, equip those, and jump on an enemy for an instant kill almost every time.
