The Hamerhead bros have a new house somewhere in the castle area south (I think) get Lugi's thunder hand and make the door or gate open first then go inside a cave and you will see them talk to them (you go here to get the ultra hammers also after getting the bean star peices happy gaming.
The hammerhead brothers have a new home in a cave in the east (I think) bean bean. To get there there should be a hidden path somewhere.
Go east from beanbean castle and then go north near tee-hee vally then there will be a blue shock orb you'll have to shock it with Luigis thunderhand.
Then a gate will open just follow the path and go into a cave the hammerhead brothers will upgrade your hammers as soon as you talk to them.
