Theres a Easy way and a Hard way to get past epesode 3 Dooku,
Easy Way: Invincibility, 4PR28U at the cheats option behind Dexters Counter and in the middle of gameplay press start and go to cheats and turn invincability on
Hard Way: Keep jumping ontop of him and using your slash down attack, imediatly destroy the Super Battle Droids, you might not think it but they get real annoying real fast, once he jumps back down from the balcony he will force hold you offten so watch out and Jump Slash alot, if you just regular attack him he'll block

Here's the only way I've found to beat him. It does not have to be in this order.
Do the downward slash move (jump, then B), but doing so consumes stamina, so don't do it too many times in sucsession.
Use Anakin's lightsaber throw special ability (R), but run while you don't have your lightsaber, because then you're defenseless. Try to run to where it will hit Dooku as it comes back. This move also uses up stamina.
Just plain out hit him. And if you get saber-locked (when a lot sparks are flying from between the two of you) , tap B as rapidly as possible, this might change the small meter from red to blue, so when you break apart, he'll take damage instead of you.
When you see his lightsaber disappear and his arms starting to wave, Get the heck out of there! He'll use force lightning which is very damaging.
Once you get down to only two hearts or less, run to the middle of the area where there's a mega heart and a midi-chlorian cluster. Use the mega heart, and, if you're low on stamina and need some, the midi-chlorian cluster. But remember, you only get one of each, so use wisely!

It is best to use the repair droid cheat before you die the first time and right after you die. If you don't know it, it is down, down, down, down, L, right, down, right, L.

Make him follow you and run toward the stairs and jump over the stairs and he can't jump it and just saber throw
